Hi,👋 I’m Jay, 25yo Tall (195 cm), sporty, and always full of energy. I used to work in construction – noise, dirt, constant rush. At some point, I realized I didn’t want to live “someday” anymore. I wanted to live now. Here I share my lifestyle, thoughts, moods, humor, and fun moments from my day. I enjoy movement, staying in shape, and feeling good in my body – and in my life.
